Just got done customizing some app icons.... iTunes '08, Safari '08 (Jonas Rask), Mail (Air Mail icon), Coda, Candybar (from Louie Mantia)... and I've been using for a while the Refined CS3 icons (even though I have CS2 
) and Transmission Second Gear icon from MacThemes.net forums.
Dock is a mixture of LGance Leopard and New Dock Obsidian.
Adium using my mod of Pure Adium with Frenzic status icons.
Smokestack Growl theme and the awesome CoverSutra search bar mod from MacThemes.net forums.
And wallpaper is SOMETHINGbout' It from Kon.
